At Globinary.store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be refunded via the original payment method or bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customised products

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
